Franklin D. Roosevelt (1882-1945) was the 32nd President of the United States. He served three full terms and died in office during his fourth, making it the longest Presidency ever. He was the first President to appear on television. He led the US during the attack on Pearl Harbor and into World War II. He was a fifth cousin of Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President. His personal retreat was located in Warm Springs, Georgia.
