George W. Bush (1946-) was the 43rd President of the United States. He is the son of George Herbert Walker Bush, the 41st President. He was a co-owner of the Texas Rangers baseball team before entering politics. He was President during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and Hurricane Katrina. He teamed with 42nd President William Jefferson Clinton to start the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund to help victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. He threw out the first pitch of Game 4 of the 2010 World Series, in which the Rangers lost to the San Francisco Giants.
